We’ve made it easy for you to learn too! All of our healing crystals come with an information card so you can learn about your gem, its properties, meanings and examples of how to use crystals. If you're still unsure - choose a stone that you are drawn to (if you think a crystal looks 'pretty', it may be the one you need).

How to use crystals for healing:
Crystals can be utilised in many ways - your crystals will need to be cleansed and charged for the first time. This can be done by:
- waving a selenite wand - the cleansing crystal - around them or placing them on a selenite charging plate
- smudging them with sage, Palo Santo sticks or incense
- sitting them under moonlight - particularly on the night of a full moon or new moon
- submerging them in salt water (although be careful with brittle stones).
Once your crystals are cleansed and charged you can set your intentions and start to harness their spiritual powers. Most like to carry them with them for protection - you can use a crystal holder necklace, keyring or just pop it in your pocket. Wear your healing stones on your chakras for enhanced benefits (a necklace will hit the throat chakra and trouser pockets reach the sacral chakra.) You can meditate with your healing crystals too, they promote tranquillity and grounding energy in your yoga routine or during breath work. Looking to manifest with crystals?
